Joe came to The Arc Foundation after a successful career as a Financial Advisor. A fourth generation Venturan, Joe earned a business degree from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and his JD/MBA from the University of San Diego Schools of Law and Business. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1997.
