Donate Items to Our Thrift Store

The Arc of Ventura County is the sole recipient of our store’s profits. So, whether you are donating items or shopping in our store, you can feel good that you are helping people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Donation items for the store include:

Please note The Arc Foundation is unable to pick up large appliances, beds, or large furniture.

Planned Giving

We greatly appreciate current charitable contributions as well as planned, future gifts.  Planned gifts provide donors the opportunity to create a legacy for themselves by naming The Arc Foundation of Ventura County as a beneficiary in their will, trust, IRA or life insurance policy.

By making a charitable planned gift, you create a personal legacy and assure that our organization will continue for many future generations. Such gifts may be made by using any of the following gift vehicles:
